The Willy Lynch Blueprint
I’m going to share with you a portion of a letter that was written long ago in the 1700’s. It is taken from a blueprint called let’s make a slave. It is very hard to believe that there was an actual completely premeditated and thought-out plan to control African American Citizens forever. This plan was put into action during the heart of slavery.
This material is very graphic so if you do not have the stomach for it skip it and read on. You must not let your anger get the best of you after reading this. Turn your anger into a knowledge absorbing mind set. Most of the non-African Americans that you come across today don’t know the information that you are about to find out in this book. You can’t be mad at this point. Learn from the past and act positively in the present. As the author, I must tell you that I am providing this information so that you will learn what you need to know to keep your head up in the air and to walk with pride for yourself and your people. These teachings should do no more than wake you up and put things in perspective so you can go forward. I am not a Black Supremacist. I do not believe in segregation. I do not hate all white people. I am not yet directly involved in any Pro-African American Organization. I believe that all men are created equal and should live in equality. The only way to come up with a solution for our problems is to get to the root of the problem.
Within “The Willy Lynch Letter” and the document “Let’s Make a Slave” I’m going to highlight certain sections by boldening the areas. These are the sections that you should concentrate on. I will sometimes comment after a boldened area with italicized letters. Understand that this letter came from a slave owner that distributed this letter across the South during slavery. He had the makings of a slave and the outcome of this process down to a science. His science still prevails today. I’m putting portions of this letter here in the first chapter because I want to solidify the seriousness and validity of how our past has affected our present situation. The Origin and Development of a Social Being Called “The Negro”
Let us make a slave. What do we need? First of all, we need a black nigger man, a pregnant nigger woman, and her baby nigger boy. Second, we will use the same basic principle that we use in breaking a horse, combined with some more sustaining factors. We reduce them from their natural state in nature, whereas nature provides them with the natural capacity to take care of their needs and the needs of their offspring, we break that natural string of independence from them and thereby create a dependency state so that we are maybe able to get from them, useful production for our business and pleasure.

So what these individuals were saying is that we know that these strong African people have a natural ability to take care of themselves. But if we strip them of this ability, we force them to be dependent on us.
Understand that this is still happening today. If you don’t own property, you are being controlled. If you are dependent on the welfare system, you are being controlled. You see, the only way to break from being controlled by these individuals is you must acquire ownership which only creates independence. This is why our inner cities are being kept down the way they are. It is a means to control us.
Willy letter:
CARDINAL PRINCIPLE FOR MAKING A NEGRO For fear that our future generations may not understand the principle of breaking both horses and men, we lay down the art. We lay down the following principles for long-range comprehensive economic planning:
Both must be taught to respond to a peculiar new language. Accordingly, both a wild horse and a wild or natural nigger are dangerous even if captured, for they will have the tendency to seek their customary freedom, and, in doing so, might kill you in your sleep.
You cannot rest. They sleep while you are awake and are awake while you are asleep. They are dangerous near the family house and it requires too much labor to watch them away from the house. Above all you cannot get them to work in this natural state. Hence, both the horse and the nigger must be broken, that is break them from one form of mental life to another, keep the body and take the mind. In other words, break the will to resist.

When it comes to breaking the uncivilized nigger, use the same process, but vary the degree and step up the pressure to do a complete reversal of the mind. Take the meanest and most restless nigger, strip him of his clothes in front of the remaining niggers, the female, and the nigger infant, tar and feather him, tie each leg to a different horse faced in opposite directions, set him afire and beat both horses to pull him apart in front of the remaining niggers. The next step is to take a bullwhip and beat one of the remaining nigger males to the point of death in front of the female and the infant.
Don’t kill him, but put the fear of God in him, for he can be useful for future breeding.

Ok here’s a point that we need to look at. I know you’re a bit heated at this point but change that aggression into positive thinking. Ok, so the way in which we were programmed and controlled was to be in fear of physical abuse, but if you read carefully it explains how they wanted this to affect the female and her baby. Oh yes! We are definitely going to touch on this subject matter in chapter 7 “The African American Woman” her strengths and sadness

Therefore, we shall go deeper into this area of the subject matter concerning what we have produced here in this breaking of the female nigger. We have reversed the relationship. In her natural uncivilized state, she would have a strong dependency on the uncivilized nigger male, and she would have a limited protective dependency toward her independent male offspring and would raise female offspring to be dependent like her. Nature had provided for this type of balance. We reversed nature by burning the male in front of the female and infant. Nature had provided for this type of balance. We reversed nature by burning and pulling one civilized nigger apart and by bull whipping another one picked from the crowds of fear filled niggers to the point of death–all in her presence. By her being left alone, unprotected, with the male image destroyed, the ordeal caused her to move from her psychological dependent state to a frozen independent state.

So basically, what they have said is that if you degrade the African male, who is supposed to be the warrior, the bread winner, the protector, in the African females’ mind, you put her in a state that makes her believe that she does not need him, and he cannot protect her anymore. If you put him down long enough in her presence, she will start to believe that he is weak.
This is still happening today. A great deal of our men are on drugs, selling drugs or incarcerated. The African American woman is left with an unprotected, fatherless household and bitter feelings about African American men. Also, you have an abundance of African American men that are looking to women of other races for support.

In this frozen psychological state of independence, she will raise her male and female offspring in reversed roles. For fear of the young male’s life she will psychologically train him to be mentally weak, and dependent, but physically strong.

For example:
Watch out for the white man, he can hurt you, don’t look a white cop in the eye.
Willy letter:
Because she has become psychologically independent, she will train her female offspring to be psychological independent as well.

For example:
“Girl, you can get what you need without him, and you can have that baby by yourself. You don’t ever have to depend on no man. Black men are no good anyway. Black men are dogs!”
Willy letter:
What have you got? You’ve got the nigger woman out front and the nigger man behind and scared. This is a perfect situation for sound sleep and economics.

What do we have today? We have masses of inner-city African American men with no self-esteem and no self-worth, calling each other what the slave masters called us – nigger. We have men that will go into African American owned nightclubs and destroy them, but in most cases those same men will not do that in a white establishment. This is clearly depicted with the Rodney King riots. Why did we destroy our own communities if we were supposed to be mad at whites? We African American males can’t be scared anymore. It is our responsibility to protect and take care of our families. You can’t do this from jail. It is our responsibility to work a real job or own a business and provide for yourself or your family legally! You have to get out there and get yours, stake your claim! Doing this, in a law-abiding way. You must live right and teach your kids to live right. You will work harder to do so, but you will be stronger in the end.

Continually, through the breaking of uncivilized savage niggers, by throwing the nigger female savage into a frozen psychological state of independency, by killing the protective male image, and by creating a submissive dependent mind of the nigger male slave, we have created an orbiting cycle that turns on its own axis forever, unless a phenomenon occurs and it re-shifts the positions of the male and female savages.

You caught the part that said, “an orbiting cycle that turns on an axis forever”. This is real. We must take this seriously because this document was really circulated to hundreds of slave owners, and it is directly related to some of our problems in the inner-city areas today.
About the phenomenon, the time for change is now. This phenomenon can happen with education and the restructuring of the general mindset. Violence in any way is not the answer. A new way of thinking is the answer. If we could somehow inject some self-respect, self-worth, self-esteem and education into the masses of our people, you would be surprised at how far we can go through the power of unity.

Our experts warned us about the possibility of this phenomenon occurring, for they say that the mind has a strong drive to correct and re-correct itself over a period of time if it can touch some substantial original historical base: and they advised us that the best way to deal with this phenomenon is to shave off the brute’s mental history and create a multiplicity of phenomena or illusions so that each illusion will twirl in its own orbit, something akin to floating balls in a vacuum.

Ok, this is probably the most relevant part of this education. Slave owners knew way back then that if we were able to touch on our real history, the so-called phenomenon could occur. Well it’s happening in small cases, we are starting to prosper. If the masses of our people wake up. We will become a very strong people. You see, you have to understand that we are the only race that was programmed to be inferior. The Jews where tricked, worked and killed. There was no science built around it.

CONTROLLED LANGUAGE Cross-breeding completed, for further severance from their original beginning, we must completely annihilate the mother tongue of both the nigger and the new mule and institute a new language that involves the new life’s work of both. You know, language is a peculiar institution. It leads to the heart of people. the more a foreigner knows about the language of another country the more he is able to move through all levels of that society. Therefore, if the foreigner is an enemy of the country, to the extent that he knows the body of the language, to that extent is the country vulnerable to attack or invasion of a foreign culture. For example, you take the slave, if you teach him all about your language, he will know all your secrets, and he is then no more a slave, for you can’t fool him any longer and having a fool is one of the basic ingredients of and incidents to the making of the slavery system.

I am going to duplicate the above paragraph and break it down so that you can see actually what it means and says:
1/ “CONTROLLED LANGUAGE Cross-breeding completed, for further severance from their original beginning, we must completely annihilate the mother tongue of the nigger and institute a new language…”
This means to further the separation from the original language and to make sure that you do not utilize your original African language.
2/ “new language that involves the new life’s work of both. You know, language is a peculiar institution. It leads to the heart of people. the more a foreigner knows about the language of another country the more he is able to move through all levels of that society.”
If you know a certain language you can obtain what those that utilize it have obtained. If you know proper English, you can interact with the same lifestyle and blend into a more acceptable style of living.
3/ “Therefore, if the foreigner is an enemy of the country, to the extent that he knows the body of the language, to that extent is the country vulnerable to attack or invasion of a foreign culture.”
As long as we don’t speak proper English, we are not any kind of threat. Once we start utilizing proper English and blend into American society, they feel that it is an invasion of a foreign culture. That means that we are too close for comfort.
4/ “For example, you take the slave, if you teach him all about your language, he will know all your secrets, and he is then no more a slave”
The secret are learning proper English. This is why Ebonics is wrong. It is just a way of keeping you from knowing all the secrets, like how to be law abiding, job obtaining, property obtaining, viable part of America. They don’t want you to be like them because you will be able to obtain what they have obtained. This is something that happened years and years ago, but the pattern still exists today.
5/ “for you can’t fool him any longer and having a fool is one of the basic ingredients of and incidents to the making of the slavery system.”
They knew if we learned their language that we would become a threat. They know now that if are educated, we might just become completely independent. We are not fools anymore. You must break yourselves of this programming.

It is true African American people can prosper utilizing our own unique creative form of English whether you are a rap star, entertainer, sports athlete or an entrepreneur. In mainstream America if you depend on the opinions of others, mostly that of the white man, you cannot obtain a good job or ace an interview. You must have a firm grasp of proper English language. Speaking well in English is an advantage, not something to be ridiculed or put down.
